Hii

Hello Siddarth, First of all, thank you for providing timely information and helping clear my doubts before the trek. I would also like to extend a huge thanks to Indiahikes for arranging replacement trekking shoes midway through the trek—without that support, I wouldn't have been able to complete it. I am writing to share a few concerns regarding the transport arrangements and food quality: 1. Transport Coordination Since our team consisted of 16 members, Indiahikes arranged a Tempo Traveller and a Bolero from the Shimla bus stop. Because 10 members stayed at the same hotel, they arranged for the Tempo Traveller driver to pick them up directly from their hotel. However, they loaded all their luggage onto the remaining seats inside the Tempo Traveller and messaging the remaining 6 members to take the Bolero. We asked if they could place the luggage on the roof rack so two of us could join them in the Tempo Traveller, as the rear seats of the Bolero are notoriously uncomfortable for long journeys. Initially, they refused and mentioned the driver wouldn't allow it. When the Bolero arrived, the driver explicitly stated that no one should sit in the jump seats at the back. Only then was the luggage moved to the roof rack of the Tempo Traveller. Since everyone paid the same fee for the trek, the transport comfort should have been distributed fairly. Sitting in the Bolero for 8 hours was extremely difficult, and a few group members shouldn't have unilaterally decided the seating arrangements or taken over extra space with luggage. 2. Food Quality & Digestion Issues The food provided during the trek was quite oily and lacked sufficient fiber. I know carrying veggies is not easy .At least 60% of our team suffered from stomach upsets. Given the nature of the symptoms, this appeared to be caused by the diet rather than high-altitude acclimatization. I hope you can address these operational points for future batches to ensure a smoother experience for all trek participants.

You can include some fruits which can stay longer
