Mail series addition

In the #15 series of mails that you guys send to the trekkers post booking, would be helpful to have 1 such mail which contains the details that we can share with our family / friends so they're aware of our whereabouts during the trek.

The mail could be structured to include:

1. Day-wise itinerary (for the exact dates chosen by the trekker).

2. Emergency contact details in the trek team / Indiahikes coordination team ( for contact in case of any emergency/ enquiry of whereabouts during times of natural disaster etc). Had an instance of earthquake in Dharamshala during my Buran Ghati trek where my family had to search up contacts from every corner of the website and were met with no response.

3. Transport booking details (pickup & drop location etc)

4. Any such info that is reasonable for friends/family to know about during the duration of the trek.
